Joyce K. Sánchez is a solo practitioner and is the President of Joyce K. Sánchez, PC, located in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She focuses her practice on the preparation of wills and trusts, and medical and financial powers of attorney. She litigates contested wills, guardianship and conservatorship matters. She attended Regis College, where she obtained a B.A. degree, cum laude, in History and Spanish in 1977. She received her J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 1980 and has practiced law in the Pikes Peak region for over 30 years. A respected member of the Colorado Bar Association, Ms. Sánchez is active in the Trust and Estates Section, where she is a member of the Orange Book Committee, the group that recommends changes in probate forms to the attorneys in the state of Colorado. She is also a member of the El Paso County Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.
